I am getting tired of the damage rate of a CoP mesmer and Paragon and I want to go even higher but still make good use of PvE skills, with a lot of variety in builds and synergy with heroes.
Any ideas?

You can get decent aoe damage and conditions with 2 contagion necromancers. Get 16 death magic on both, with [Contagion] [Dark Aura] [Foul Feast] [Signet of Agony] [Chilblains] and a W/D with headbutt and wearying scythe, a mesmer with signet of midnight, and another self condition if you have it. Just keep using foul feast to take the conditions from other party members, or between the 2 necromancers. The health gain from foul feast offsets both the sacrifice from contagion and the health loss from dark aura, so you only need to heal whatever damage you take from the monsters (which won't be much with the AoE blind, daze, and weakness you'll have on them constantly).

As for the 4 other party member slots, I would do some sort of imbagon, a N/Rt or 2, and maybe a martyr monk, so the necro's don't have to keep using foul feast on the mesmer and warrior when the daze, blind, and weakness duration starts getting low.

For some extra lols, put fragility on the sig of midnight mesmer, and teinai's crystals on both the necromancers.

With ebon battlestandard of wisdom and a 40/40 set (soul reaping) on both the necro's, you could easily get 500+ armor ignoring aoe shadow damage per second (the damage is really only limited by the recharge on foul feast).
